1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TTL Shop ("the Marketplace"), operated by The Talk Lounge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Marketplace.

2. Marketplace Description

TTL Shop is an online marketplace that connects independent sellers with buyers. The Talk Lounge provides the platform but does not manufacture, store, or ship products sold by third-party sellers. Each seller is independently responsible for their listings, fulfillment, and customer service.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount including applicable fees. Prices are listed in USD. Sales tax may apply based on your shipping address and applicable law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary by seller. Sellers are responsible for shipping items within their stated processing time. TTL Shop is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Free shipping applies to orders over 0 from participating sellers.

6. Returns and Refunds

TTL Shop offers a 30-day return policy for most items. Items must be returned in original condition. Digital products and custom/personalized items are non-refundable. See our Returns Policy for full details.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: use the platform for illegal purposes; infringe on intellectual property rights; harass other users; manipulate reviews or ratings; attempt to circumvent platform fees; or use automated tools to scrape or access the platform without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

The Talk Lounge owns all rights to the TTL Shop platform, branding, and technology. Sellers retain ownership of their product content and grant TTL Shop a license to display and promote their listings.

9. Limitation of Liability

TTL Shop acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for product defects, seller misrepresentations, shipping issues, or disputes between buyers and sellers beyond our stated dispute resolution process. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the marketplace community. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
