Seller Agreement

1. Seller Eligibility

To sell on TTL Shop, you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid business or tax identification, and be able to legally sell the products you list. All seller accounts are reviewed and must be approved before listings go live.

2. Commission Structure

TTL Shop charges a commission on each sale based on your seller tier:

• Standard Tier: 8% commission per sale. Default tier for all new sellers.
• Promoted Tier: 12% commission per sale. Includes enhanced visibility, featured placement in category pages, and priority support.
• Featured Tier: 15% commission per sale. Includes homepage placement, social media promotion, newsletter features, and dedicated account manager.

Commission is calculated on the product sale price (excluding shipping). There are no monthly fees, listing fees, or setup charges. Commission is deducted automatically before payout.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe's processing fee (currently 3.4% + $0.30 per transaction) is deducted from the total sale amount. Sellers must connect a valid Stripe account to receive payouts.

4. Payouts

Seller payouts are calculated as: Sale Price - Commission - Stripe Fees = Your Payout. Payouts are transferred to your connected Stripe account on a rolling basis after a 7-day holding period to allow for potential disputes or returns.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must: provide accurate product descriptions and images; ship orders within their stated processing time; respond to buyer messages within 48 hours; comply with all applicable laws and regulations; handle returns per the platform return policy; and maintain product quality standards.

6. Prohibited Products

You may not sell: counterfeit or stolen goods; illegal substances; weapons; hazardous materials; products that infringe intellectual property rights; adult content without proper age verification; or any items prohibited by law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Sellers must honor the TTL Shop 30-day return policy. If a buyer initiates a valid return, the seller is responsible for the refund amount. The platform commission on returned orders will be credited back to the seller.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of buyer-seller disputes, TTL Shop will mediate. Decisions made by our dispute resolution team are final. Sellers with excessive disputes may have their accounts suspended.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

TTL Shop reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for: violation of this agreement; excessive order cancellations; poor customer feedback; failure to ship orders; or fraudulent activity. Sellers may close their account after fulfilling all pending orders.

10. Intellectual Property

By listing products, you grant TTL Shop a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and market your products and brand on our platform and marketing channels. You retain full ownership of your products, brand, and creative content.
