30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery date
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Custom or personalized items
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and go to Order History
- Select the order and item you wish to return
- Choose your reason for return
- Print the prepaid return shipping label (if provided by seller)
- Pack the item securely and ship within 7 days
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a seller error or defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and full refund including original shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.
